I tried to get help with either a refund or a replacement, nothing came of it?! The return process and warranty support were no help at all.

I’ve had my Kick Ash Basket for a couple of years now, and it’s still doing great. I use it regularly for weekend cooks, especially when family comes over, and it hasn’t rusted or bent at all. My buddy who grills a lot was the one who told me to try it, and I’m glad I listened. Shipping was fine, nothing fancy, but it showed up without any issues. It’s a simple little upgrade, but it works exactly like it should, so I’m happy with it.

This made a bigger difference than I expected. The fire breathes so much better now, and I actually got it going faster than usual, which felt like a small win for me.

I could tell quickly that this was an upgrade from my old setup. The fire gets going faster, and the food has been cooking more evenly, which was the main thing I was hoping for. It took me one cook to get the feel for it, but after using it, I’m definitely happy with it so far.

I’ve been happy with it so far. The design is clean and it feels solid in hand. There are a couple little engineering choices that I think could be smoother, but nothing major at all—overall it’s a nice, well-built product.

I bought this from Kick Ash Basket thinking it would be a step up from the cheaper ones, but I’m kind of confused because it started feeling flimsy way sooner than I expected.

After just a few uses, the metal was already bending and the handle felt loose. I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong, but it just doesn’t feel very solid, almost like it was thrown together too quickly.
For the price, I really thought it would hold up better. Now I’m already trying to find a replacement, which is frustrating and disappointing.

I picked this up mainly to make ash cleanup less annoying, and to be fair, it does help. I can shake most of the ash down without having to dig around forever, which is nice. It still gets a little messy when there’s a lot built up, and it doesn’t catch the smaller bits as well as I’d hoped. So it’s not perfect, but it’s definitely better than doing it the old way, which I guess is a win

I ordered a basket with a few specific items, but when it arrived, it definitely wasn’t what I picked. Some things were missing, and one item was completely different. Like, how does that even happen when the order is right there? Delivery itself was fine, but the accuracy was disappointing. I had to message them afterward to sort it out, which was just annoying. Who wants to deal with that after placing an order?

I really wish I had read the reviews before buying this. It didn’t fit my grill right at all, even though I thought it would be compatible. Frustrating and definitely a regret...

The basket itself is fine, so no real complaints there. I just wish the shipping had been more reliable. The tracking barely updated, which made me keep wondering if everything was okay, and it ended up arriving almost a week later than the original estimate. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was definitely frustrating. I’d probably feel better ordering again if there were clearer updates along the way.

Used this charcoal for a cookout and, well, I guess it’s great if you enjoy constantly running back to add more. It burned up way faster than I expected and definitely didn’t last through the cookout like it should have. Not exactly the relaxing grilling experience I had in mind.

I signed up thinking Kick Ash Basket would save me some time, but it ended up taking longer than if I’d just handled it myself. There were too many steps, and I found the process kind of confusing. Maybe it works for other people, but for me I’d rather stick with something I know and avoid the extra hassle

I got what I needed and everything was straightforward. No major issues on my end, though I’m curious if anyone else had a similar experience or ran into anything different?

For what you pay, it’s definitely worth it. I’ve got no complaints, it does the job and feels like a good value.

It keeps the heat decent overall, but the temperature control literally feels a bit uneven sometimes. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of average.

I really wanted this to go smoothly, but the install was a nightmare. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get it set up correctly. Maybe I just had bad luck, but it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been.

Customer service did get back to me, but it actually took longer than I was hoping. They helped me out in the end, so that was good, just not as quick as I expected.

I ordered from Kick Ash Basket and was disappointed with how it showed up. The box felt cheap and flimsy, the corners were all crushed, and when I opened it, the basket already had marks on it. There wasn’t any real padding inside either, so it had basically been bouncing around in the box. The basket itself might be decent, but for the price, I don’t think it’s okay for something to arrive looking used because of bad packaging.
